Position Overview:
Hoseright is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager for our Wangara location. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in optimising operational efficiency. As the Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our warehouse and workshop operations, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the highest level of performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of warehouse and workshop operations, including receiving, storage, distribution, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimise operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain performance metrics to monitor and evaluate operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide leadership and direction to warehouse and workshop staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Collaborate with other departments to align operational activities with company goals and objectives.
• Oversee inventory management processes and implement inventory control measures.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Workshop Supervisor, Operations Manager or similar role in a related field.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and operations management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
