Hoseright is currently seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager with Hose technician experience for our new Canning Vale location. This role presents an opportunity for individuals looking to transition from a mobile or FIFO role into a management position of a small team while still utilising their expertise in hose and fittings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management.
• Provide technical expertise and support to team and customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate jobs and scheduling for mobile technicians
• Drive a positive safety culture and maintain a tidy, efficient workspace
• Communicate with internal teams and provide updates to senior management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the hose & fittings or hydraulic industry
• Strong product knowledge and customer service skills
• Ability to coordinate jobs and manage time well
• Honest, reliable, and proactive work ethic
